Family protection is not simply a matter of income replacement or business continuity.  Conventional estate planning and asset protection techniques, leveraged with the power of life insurance, are often crucial for family protection, but alone do not sufficiently address the full range of issues impacting a family's Life, Fortune and Sacred Honor.

Our mission is to provide planning options for DYNASTIC FAMILY PROTECTION with values-based incentives for multi-generational firearms training, in addition to conventional estate planning and asset protection planning.

All of our estate plans include a gun trust as an available free option, as a component of your foundational estate plan.  What is a gun trust?  The term commonly refers to a trust used for compliance with the National Firearms Act, in regard to Title II weapons.  However, a gun trust can be much more--a firearms legacy trust passing the torch of freedom.  Every American family should have one!

 

In the United States, guns are actually more mainstream than estate planning.  About half (47%) of American adults report having a gun in their home (Gallup), yet only 35% have a will (Forbes). 

Both guns and trusts are necessary for family protection.  Guns keep your family free and help you avoid an early grave.  When your days are done and you've finally left the range, trusts allow you to reach from the grave and keep your family on the right track.

The trouble with both guns and trusts is that even among those who have them, few take the time to learn how to use them safely and effectively.  Without training in their responsible use, guns and yes, even trusts, can be dangerous to your family.

If you want Freedom and Prosperity for your family, you must teach them personal responsibility and a trust can do that for you after you are gone--for generations.  Values can be diluted from generation to generation, but you can preserve them by writing them down in your Family Constitution.  Don't play telephone with your descendants!
