Sonny Bono’s estate planning was even more embarrassing than his death skiing into a tree. A political as well as pop figure, with some messy personal relationships, he should have had better planning — or at least some planning. But he had no will and of course multiple claimants showed up including Cher and a “love child” who sufaced after probate was opened.
