An FBI criminal complaint (view here) alleges an ISIS supporter named Khalil Abu-Rayyan planned to attack a church capable of seating 6000, by shooting and beheading people in a martyrdom attack. Key allegation is that he selected the church based on its status as a so-called “gun free zone” where weapons are not allowed. Abu-Rayyan was apparently not licensed to carry a pistol concealed, which should come as no more a surprise than that he planned to attack a victim disarmament zone:
