First off, remember the Supreme Court can only hear a tiny fraction of cases submitted. Second, this may not be the best time to have this case heard.
Granted, the ban on post office carry is a long-standing irritation to concealed carriers — high time it was repealed.
At least you can pretty much avoid the post office by using its website and private substitutes.
Now, imagine if everyone updated their estate planning so their children could avoid the courthouse?
The justices on Monday let stand an appeals court ruling that said the Second Amendment right to bear arms does not extend to government buildings or the parking areas that serve them.
