You might think the Council had better things to do, like maybe avoiding fines of $10,000 or more per day for water code violations (failing to abide by pollutant discharge requirements at the city’s water reclamation facility construction site), but the Council is too busy helping ambitious Dawn Addis score political points. Addis, who brought the motion, is using Morro Bay as her personal pee pad, marking it as her own communist-occupied territory to attract support from comrades on her quest for higher office.
