The folks at CalGuns appear to have swerved again into the topic of Firearm Legacy, or close to it anyway. We’ll see if the conversation takes root. If only they put a fraction of their effort into real legacy…
This is a great idea, and actually one of the benefits of having a gun trust to control HOW and by WHOM your guns are handled while you are gone (mentally or otherwise) or even while you have capacity but want them held in another state. Of course, these are all transfers that must comply with Title I.
