Suicide by cop situation, with “AR” which stands for “Armalite Rifle” not automatic rifle. ARs produced today for civilians are semi-auto, not full auto, and based on the clip (video segment) I would say this was definitely an ordinary semi-auto AR despite the video title. Fires pretty much like any other rifle except that most hunting rifles have much bigger bullets than the AR.
