Police say a dispute erupted between the victim and someone with the seller. The dispute escalated when the victim was punched in the head, causing him fall onto the pavement.The men then robbed the victim of his cellphone — at which point he pulled out a gun and fired as self-defense against any assaults.Police say there were no injuries from the weapon being fired. However, police say Salley, McCoy and Turner left the scene in a silver sedan.Officers arrested the three men during a traffic stop on Wednesday.
