The dog that was killed has a history of aggression and biting, according to the sheriff’s office. The sheriff’s office has investigated two previous incidents this year involving the dog, resulting in two citations to the owner, a 43-year-old Montgomery man – one for lack of rabies tag and another for a dog running at large.
