Not sure if I can answer this, but the NRA / CRPA webinar today with almost 1000 attendees erred in discussing gun trusts and will unfortunately perpetuate this myth.
Basically, the problem is gun attorneys not knowing trusts and estates, and T&E lawyers not knowing gun law. Two complicated and fast changing areas, almost impossible to keep up with both.
