Fire at will:

Safer for whom, Mr. Obama?  I have a pretty high-end phone (not an Obamaphone), but even my phone often fails to read my fingerprint right away. I try again, repeatedly, and usually get in but sometimes it locks me out and I have to enter another code, assuming I can remember it. Imagine having to do all that under the stress of a gun fight!

We need to develop new technologies that make guns safer.  If we can set it up so you can’t unlock your phone unless you’ve got the right fingerprint, why can’t we do the same thing for our guns?  (Applause.)
