Fire at will:

This short FBI drone video excerpt, only 41 seconds long, captures the shooting of Lavoy Finicum by law enforcement up in Oregon.

The death of this father of eleven is a tragedy, but it does appear he MAY have been reaching for a gun.

It all happened so fast. Perhaps he was shocked and confused and perhaps the FBI was not clear in instructions. Instructions from two different officers may have been inconsistent, for example. Hard to believe he was suicidal, yet the video does seem to support the notion that he was reaching for a handgun. But the quality of the video is not the greatest — where did the FBI get this drone, Radio Shack?

However, it does appear he was reaching for a gun:

“On at least two occasions, Finicum reaches his right hand toward a pocket on the left inside portion of his jacket. He did have a loaded 9-millimeter semiautomatic handgun in that pocket,” said Greg Bretzing, the FBI agent in charge of Oregon.
